Thank you for visiting A&J Store. Please review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Web Site or purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
DELIVERY
Australian delivery is usually within 2-4 days of shipping. Regional areas may take longer.
International delivery may take up to 4 weeks. Usually it is around 10 days.
SHIPPING
Australian orders
Most orders are shipped the same day or within 2 working days. All orders will be shipped using Australia Post services.
Regular Post: $4 flat rate < order value under $21
Regular post : $9 flat rate < 5kg
Express: $12 flat rate < 5kg
Free shipping: Spend $150 and receive free shipping anywhere in Australia
International orders
New Zealand: Pack & Track: $20 flat rate
Rest of the world: $25 flat rate (unless large or bulky items for approved list of countries.
All duties and taxes incurred will be the customer's responsibility. Please note the tax and duties in your Country as some (including the UK) are very low regardless of trade or gift.
All international orders are shipped Pack & Track allowing us to track your parcel. This is included in the shipping price. Please note that some countries (such as UAE) do not have this facility so tracking may not be available once orders have left Australia. Deliveries from such countries are at the risk of the purchaser.
Delivery is via Australia Post until it reaches your country at which point it becomes the responsibility of the country's postal system to which the items are delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow these terms and conditions to qualify for a refund or an exchange:
• Notify us within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at info@aandjstore.com, explaining the reason for the return or change request.
• Quote your invoice/order number.
• Items must not have be worn, damaged or altered.
• Tags and labels should be attached in the same condition as received.
• The item should be return within 10 days (from the day you receive to the day you send to A&J)
Please note, the cost of return delivery is not covered by A&J and remains the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that you use tracked or registered mail service for the return of your goods as A&J cannot accept responsibility for items not received.
A&J reserves the right to refuse the return or refund of items when they do not meet the conditions set out above.
Once the return has been approved, you will be refunded in full (excluding the postage costs.) via the same method of payment used to make your purchase.
Sales items are final sale only and they can not be returned or exchanged.
We do not accept refunds from international buyers. Those sales are final.
DAMAGED GOODS
We thoroughly check all items for faults or damages prior to dispatch. However, in the rare event where goods were faulty or damaged, please advice us immediately by emailing us at info@aandjstore.com.
PRICING
The prices of our products include GSTand are in Australian Dollars (AUD). They do not include any delivery and packing charges. The total cost of your Order, including any delivery and packaging charges, will be displayed and confirmed to you before you place your Order.
A&J Store reserves the right to change prices at our discretion to reflect associated market conditions and operating costs.
PAYMENT
We process all payments securely using Paypal and store no personal details other than at the time of processing.
PRIVACY
A&J Store does not store or release any personal informations you provide to us.All information provided to A&J Store will not be shared to others.
We do not record any credit card details you provide to us when purchasing from A&J Store.
